This is an excellent opportunity to join a company who are a market leader in ferry travel and we can help you to take your career in any number of directions. Key responsibilities and duties: ​Support day-to-day operational and project activities within the department. ​Assist in data collection, analysis and reporting to inform business decisions. ​Contribute to cross-functional projects and collaborate with internal stakeholders. ​Prepare presentations, documentation and reports as required. ​Participate in structured learning, training and development activities. ​Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies. ​Build effective working relationships across teams. ​Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have:​Bachelor’s degree 2:1 classification (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline from a UK or Irish University ​Relevant professional accreditation (or willingness to work towards). ​Practical experience through placements, part-time work or relevant project work ​ Experience working in a team environment ​ Ability to manage time and prioritise tasks effectively ​Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook At P&O Ferries we want you to be you.
