This is a great opportunity to learn about IT service delivery and management. ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot and resolve PC incidents.Hardware & software maintenance and support.Asset management.Coordinate with Break/Fix vendor for hardware repair.Assist and work closely with IT security issue and virus eradication effort.Comply with IT standard processes and procedures.Active participation in regular staff meetings as coordinated by Service Delivery managerMaintain working area to professional standards.Comply with QHSE and IT security policies.Assist in running local and virtual conferences in our state-of-the-art conferencing facilities. Qualifications:Bachelor Degree in Computer Studies  or a related disciplineOral and written communication skills in EnglishGood motivation, autonomy, teamwork, and ingenuityYou will have a passionate interest in ITYou have the ability to communicate technical issues to a wide audienceBasic Programming principlesCustomer Service skills SLB is an equal employment opportunity employer.
