In-depth know-how and ongoing commitment to employee development and training enable the delivery of comprehensive solutions from design through to installation and maintenance, meeting our clients’ individual requirements.By applying professional Project Management and adhering to the highest Health & Safety standards, Omexom has a strong reputation for delivering projects safely, on time, on budget, and to exacting client specifications.The RoleTo support the ASTI Business Unit and Project Planner in the successful delivery of projects for blue-chip clients through effective programme management techniques and support to the Project Management Organisation (PMO).Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the Project Planner in the production and maintenance of tender and delivery programmes.Update programmes at the required frequency and provide PMO with realistic and accurate forecast programmes.Support PMO with the development, control, monitoring, analysis, and reporting on schedule-related aspects for designated projects within a portfolio.Monitor a cost- and resource-loaded, logic-linked baseline plan for the project in accordance with Programme Office processes.Interface with other departments regarding project activities which may have an impact and ensure these are correctly captured.Essential CriteriaExcellent communication skills with all stakeholders (internal and external).Commercially focused self-starter with enthusiasm, motivation, and initiative.Working knowledge of relevant Health and Safety legislation.Awareness of Planning Methodologies / Software.High level of numeracy and excellent analytical skills.Excellent MS Office skills, proficient in preparing reports and information using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Strong awareness of the level of interaction required with the project team to support successful project delivery.Self-motivated with good interpersonal skills for working in a team environment.Attention to detail with strong time management skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills.DesirableAwareness of Planning Methodologies / Software.Awareness of NEC3/4 contracts, particularly programme deliverables and requirements.Awareness of DCMA Assessment Criteria, Acumen Fuse, etc.Relevant industry experience.General InformationPosition is preferably based in Inverness / Highlands Region, but offices in Perth or Glasgow are available.Travel to site and attendance at project progress meetings as required throughout Scotland.Salary and benefits will be on a Personal Contract basis and commensurate with a position at this level, dependent on experience.
