This role will give you the chance to work across our Nightwear, Underwear & Accessories area, gaining valuable hands-on experience within one of the most dynamic parts of our business.The Girlswear team design and develop new ranges, managing everything from trend prediction and concept design through to technical development and product selection. Additionally we would like you to:Have a strong interest in fashion with a particular passion for Girlswear and Womenswear trends, and an eye for what inspires the next big looks.Be aware of the influence of social media trends and be able to draw inspiration from a variety of sources.Be a clear communicator who builds positive relationships across the team, and confident working both collaboratively and independently.Be reliable, proactive and flexible in your approach, with a genuine enthusiasm to learn and grow within a fast-paced creative environment.Be proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, with a willingness to keep developing your technical skills.Experience using AI tools to assist in designing garments would be desirable.
