You’ll be involved across the full process, from finding and reaching out to creators, managing relationships, assessing opportunities, and supporting campaigns through to execution.You’ll help shape our UGC content direction, support the growth of our affiliate channel, and work closely with creators to develop partnerships that strengthen the Mous brand.As the channel develops, so will your role which will give you exposure to wider growth initiatives and the opportunity to help build and scale a key area of the business from the ground up.👋 About You We’re looking for someone who is early in their career and is ambitious, commercially minded, and excited by the opportunity to build relationships and drive growth through creators and partnerships.You’ll be someone who can look beyond surface-level metrics and make thoughtful decisions about which creators are the right fit for Mous by considering audience quality, brand alignment, engagement, and the potential commercial impact of each partnership.You’ll have strong judgement and an analytical mindset, using data and insights to evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and continuously improve our influencer and affiliate strategy.
