Operating within the litigation department of a major debt recovery law firm, this entry-level Legal Recoveries Associate role focuses on conducting empathetic telephone conversations with customers to establish affordable payment plans and support queries linked to the legal recovery process.Start your career as a Legal Recoveries Associate in our Litigation department, where you’ll build valuable experience, develop confidence in customer conversations and play a part in helping people move towards better financial health.If you’ve recently graduated, or you’re looking for your first permanent role after university, this is a great opportunity to develop skills that will support your long-term career. You’ll speak to customers over the telephone about their accounts, take time to understand their circumstances and help them find the right way forward. This could include setting up affordable payment plans, supporting queries linked to litigation processes and completing regular reviews to make sure payments remain suitable.The role can be challenging, as some customers may be in vulnerable situations, but you’ll be fully supported through structured training, coaching and guidance from your team.
