Graduate Portfolio Analyst role supporting the performance, budgeting, reporting and strategic management of a large residential property portfolio, with exposure to real estate and asset management.About this opportunity. We are looking for a Portfolio Analyst to join Lloyds Living's Portfolio team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to build a career in real estate, asset management and / or property management. Working across one of the UK's growing Build-to-Rent and Single Family Rental portfolios, you will support portfolio performance, business planning, budgeting, mobilisation and strategic decision-making. You'll work closely with our Asset Management, Property Management, Finance and Investment teams, gaining exposure to the commercial and operational drivers of a large-scale residential portfolio. Whilst the role will initially involve supporting the coordination and day-to-day management of the portfolio, we are committed to providing increasing exposure to analytical and strategic projects as your knowledge and experience develop.What you’ll be doing Supporting the day-to-day management of our national BTR & SFR portfolio Coordinating key portfolio reporting, governance forums and stakeholder meetings, ensuring actions, information and outputs are tracked effectively. Maintaining portfolio data, records and management information to support accurate reporting and decision-making. Analysing operational and financial performance, identifying trends, risks and opportunities. Preparing reports, presentations and management information for senior stakeholders. Supporting annual business planning, budgeting and rent-setting processes. Monitoring leasing, occupancy, arrears, income and cost performance across the portfolio. Supporting the mobilisation of new assets and portfolios into the business. Assisting with portfolio reviews and valuation processes. Conducting market research and analysing competitor performance and sector trends. Building relationships with internal teams and managing agents. Supporting day-to-day operational activities required to ensure the portfolio is managed effectively and performs in line with business objectives. What we're looking for A degree (or expected degree) in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, Mathematics or a related discipline. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, or a willingness to develop them quickly. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to organise and prioritise multiple workstreams. Naturally curious, commercially minded and eager to learn. A genuine interest in real estate and asset management.
