Support the design, development, testing and validation of automotive seating systems through engineering projects, prototype testing, product analysis and manufacturing improvements.Job DescriptionAs a Graduate Engineer within Lear's Seating Development team, you'll contribute to the design, development and validation of innovative automotive seating systems used by some of the world's leading vehicle manufacturers. Through our structured two-year graduate programme, you'll gain hands-on experience across multiple engineering disciplines while working alongside experienced engineers, project managers and technical specialists.
