You could help prepare marketing materials, research potential purchasers and analyse investment opportunities.Commercial Agency: Advising landlords and occupiers on leasing opportunities, marketing available space and negotiating transactions. You will attend viewings, analyse market activity and support negotiations between clients and prospective occupiers. You may also be involved in advising landlords and occupiers on existing tenancies, including rent reviews, lease renewals and other key lease events.Residential Development & Investment: Working with developers, investors and landowners on development and investment opportunities. You could help assess sites, prepare client presentations and research market demand and viability.Development: Supporting projects from site acquisition through to delivery. You could analyse development opportunities, review market evidence and contribute to recommendations on the commercial viability of schemes and be involved in bringing this through to delivery.Specialist Sectors: Advising clients operating in some of the fastest-growing areas of the real estate market, including Student Property, Senior Living, Data Centres, Hotels and Healthcare. These teams advise investors, operators and developers on opportunities across purpose-built accommodation, digital infrastructure and operational real estate assets. You could research emerging trends, analyse sector performance and support strategic client projects and transactions.Research & Market Intelligence: Analysing market trends, investment activity and economic data to inform business decisions. You could produce market commentary, identify emerging opportunities and help clients understand changing market conditions.Business Development & Client Relationships: Building professional networks and supporting activities that generate new business opportunities. You could attend industry events, help prepare client pitches and develop an understanding of how long-term relationships drive success.Transaction Management: Supporting transactions from instruction through to completion. You could coordinate due diligence activities, assist with marketing campaigns and help manage the various stakeholders involved in completing a deal.
