You’ll project manage client Requirements throughout Manufacturing and Quality Records compilation and deliver essential project management tasks for the business whilst gaining valuable experience in project management.How You Will Make An ImpactWork closely with General Manager, Quality Manager, Production Manager, Quality Engineer(s) and Document Controller(s).Monitor performance across all departments and report internally on a weekly basisPrepare project progress reports for sharing externally with the customerUndertake the management of special projects with input and support from team membersGain insights into all tasks being performed across all departments through shadowing experienced team members and performing tasks that supplement the performance of the departmentAttend client meetings and support the close out of actions from those meetingLead on continuous improvement activities to further the performance of the organisationWhat You Will BringStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to efficiently organise, prioritise, and coordinate tasks through to completionStrong competence in writing and formatting reports and listsAbility to organise data/documents to maintain traceability with good accuracy and attention to detail and experience of organising, formatting and analysing numerical datasetsConfident in working under limited supervision and in pressurised environmentsWhy KAEFER UK & Ireland?Our mission is clear: to be the most reliable and efficient provider of technical industrial services.KAEFER UK & Ireland provides a large and growing range of industries with asset integrity services including access solutions, insulation, surface protection, HVAC fabrication, EC&I and more.
