Support the Quality team by inspecting materials and production processes, ensuring products meet quality standards, and helping maintain quality assurance across architectural facade manufacturing.About UsWe are a leading manufacturer of high‑quality architectural facades for major projects across the UK and Ireland. We are looking for recent graduates, college leavers or junior candidates with an engineering or construction background to join our Quality team. Full training will be provided on our established QA procedures – your role will be to apply, explain and embed these standards across our production floor.What You’ll DoInspect incoming materials and components against drawings and specificationsCarry out checks at key production stages to ensure consistency and complianceRecord all findings clearly, including photographic evidence and inspection reportsWork directly with production operatives and team leaders to explain and reinforce our quality standards day‑to‑dayFlag any non‑conformances and help us maintain smooth, consistent quality across all workWhat We’re Looking ForGreat attention to detail and a methodical, reliable approachProactive attitude, keen to learn and confident engaging with people across the factoryQualification in a relevant subject – e.g. Construction NVQ, Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Robotics Engineering or a related engineering disciplineBasic IT skills and clear written/verbal communicationNo prior inspection experience required – we will train you on our systemsDesirable (not essential):Familiarity with technical drawings or manufacturing environmentsAwareness of quality assurance or health & safety principlesWhat We OfferFull induction and ongoing training from our experienced Quality teamHands‑on experience across a fast‑growing groupClear career development opportunitiesCompetitive salary and benefits
