A resident Sporting Assistant role at a boarding school supporting sports operations, student pastoral care, and boarding activities, aimed at graduates interested in education and school-based experience.We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, dynamic, and highly motivated resident Sporting Assistant to work at our busy day and boarding school. This is an exciting opportunity predominately aimed at graduates who are potentially interested in a career in the education sector and keen to build up valuable work experience.This position is offered on a fixed term basis commencing 6 September 2026 until the end of the following academic year (23 July 2027).This is a full-time role during term time. The hours are divided between working shifts in the boarding house whilst looking after the pastoral needs of our students and working in our sports department. Within the sports department, the role includes carrying out a sports technician role and supporting sports fixtures. The role includes weekend and evening work on a rota.Sports department – 10 hours per week, flexible depending on the needs of the department.
