As a Junior Consultant you would have direct access to multiple senior colleagues to assist and guide you as your career progresses Responsibilities will include:Undertake a variety of quantitative and qualitative data verification tasksPlay an active role in the delivery of sustainability report assurance and data verification projectsConduct primary and in-depth research as requiredSupport interaction with clients and relationship building as part of project deliveryManage personal resources and time, including personal utilisation, with guidance from line managerSupport and undertake site visits to client sites and officesProvide administrative support to the team as requiredKeep up to date with current developments within sustainabilityEnsure a safe, environmentally conscious, and high quality culture Candidate requirements include:We are looking for someone fresh to the air quality consultancy industry. Ideally, we would expect you to be recent graduate in an environmental or science related discipline, a second degree (PhD or Masters) is desirable but not essential. Additionally, some understanding of air quality modelling, monitoring or assessment within the UK would be advantageous.We need a self-motivated inquisitive problem solver. A Junior Consultant’s role can vary between deploying equipment in a muddy field to undertaking orthogonal regression to correct monitoring data in the office. Being able to approach both physical and mental tasks with enthusiasm when required is vital. We need a free thinker who understands that the obvious answer may not always be the correct one.We would expect the candidate to be a competent user of Microsoft Office applications.
