You will contribute to the delivery of high‑quality simulation and visualisation outputs, supporting clients to better understand complex operational behaviour and performance outcomes through clear, evidence‑based analysis. Working as part of our established modelling team, you will support senior modellers and technical leads in the development and application of AnyLogic models, gaining exposure to best practice rail simulation approaches. You will progressively build confidence in applying simulation methods, developing visual outputs, and communicating analysis to both technical and non‑technical audiences. You will work closely with colleagues across the Rail Operational Planning team and alongside our UK and India‑based modelling teams, contributing to collaborative delivery and benefiting from structured mentoring and technical development.
