Through BusStore, our pre-owned sales brand, we facilitate the buying and selling of quality vehicles with additional warranty and financing options.The Role:Prepare and analyse month‑end performance reports for Senior Management and the Board.Design, build and enhance Power BI dashboards to clearly present financial performance and KPIs.Ensure FP&A numbers are accurate and complete throughout the month‑end process.Prepare forecast numbers and supporting analysis for annual budget and in‑year forecasting cycles.Support continuous improvement of FP&A processes, reporting efficiency and data quality. QualificationsYour Profile:Must hold the right to work in the UK for the duration of at least 3 years in line with the length of the qualification (no sponsorship provided).Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Mathematics, or a related field.Commitment to study towards a professional qualification (e.g. CIMA or ACCA).Prior experience within a working environment is desirable.Able to interpret financial statements and collect, cleanse and report on data.Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.Understanding and interest in P&L reporting, variance analysis, budgeting and forecasting.Good Excel skills; experience with Power BI or similar tools is desirable.Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders.Proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
