These teams provide both advisory and delivery services aimed at maximising the value our clients achieve through successful design, delivery and adoption of change initiatives that meets and exceeds their desired outcomes. The role: You will be joining one of our existing Business Change teams. You will gain experience across a mix of business architecture, business analysis and change management & readiness capabilities, delivering projects for our clients end to end. Our teams collaborate closely with other consulting teams, project management professionals and economists on a wide range of complex projects across multiple sectors as diverse as energy, transport and defence. Some of our consultants are embedded in client project teams, others work alongside clients to help them solve problems that are holding their projects back or to achieve their strategic outcomes.
