Designed specifically for graduates, this program provides the support and experience needed to successfully navigate the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) via the Building Surveying pathway. As part of our Real Estate department, you'll spend two years immersed within our building surveying teams, gaining hands-on experience in a wide range of building surveying disciplines. This includes exposure to dilapidations, technical due diligence, development monitoring, and project management, working with a variety of property types and sectors.
