McLaren Automotive Graduate Supplier Quality Engineer programme developing expertise in supplier quality, manufacturing processes, audits, quality improvement and resolving component issues from prototype through production.What to ExpectWe are recruiting for Graduates to join our dynamic Procurement team at the McLaren Technology Centre in Woking, Surrey. As a Procurement Graduate, you will gain hands-on experience in strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and cost optimisation—contributing to the delivery of our world-class automotive products. This is a two-year rotational programme (4 x 6 months) designed to build your procurement expertise and cross-functional commercial awareness.
