The successful candidate will work closely with an international team of architects, project managers, mobile/web developers, QA engineers, and client-facing teams to deliver new solutions that help our global clients drive learning outcomes, operational efficiency, and digital transformation.This role involves:Developing new solutions for our core and custom learning platforms that address client needs and business requirements.Working with an Azure Devops team employing best practices in delivery of continuous change.Contributing to the evolution of our digital learning products, staying current with trends in eLearning, AI-driven applications, and online technology.Developing, documenting and supporting complex high-volume web applications and web-based solutions, with a focus on performance, reliability, and usability.Taking technical responsibility for maintaining and supporting company products and working on own initiative to find optimum solutions.Troubleshooting and resolving application issues, ensuring minimal impact to client and business operations. • Designing and developing internal tools to streamline delivery of the support function.Performing integration tasks for in-house developed systems.Working closely with account managers and clients to identify requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and participate in testing and validation.Technical skills you’ll use and develop:The ideal candidate will be comfortable working across a full stack of modern technology platforms, including:Microsoft Technologies: .NET Core, .NET Framework, .NET Enterprise Library.Programming Languages & Frameworks: C#, ASP, ASP.NET, MVC.Front-End Technologies: JavaScript, CSS, HTML, AJAX, jQuery.Integration & Services: REST APIs, Web Services, WCF, Microservices, JSON, XML, XSLT.Databases & DevOps: Microsoft SQL Server, NoSQL, Azure DevOps, Git.Additional Skills & Attributes:An understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) steps and controls.Awareness of Agentic Application Development and Prototyping.Curiosity about new tools, technologies, and modern development practices.Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset.Interest in learning new technologies and expanding technical depth.Good communication skills and a collaborative approach.Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.Appreciation for good technical and visual design.Interest in working directly with clients and colleagues to design and test solutions that solve real problems.Minimum requirements:Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a field related to computer science, web development or programming.Understanding of how Agentic Development Tools can help solve business challenges.A good understanding of basic technical development processes and coding best practices.
