Graduate IT Developer role focused on developing, maintaining, testing, and improving internal software systems using .NET and database technologies while supporting users and collaborating on technology projects.The RoleWe have an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate to begin their career within our IT Development team. This role will support the ongoing development, maintenance and enhancement of the Firm’s internal software systems. Working closely with the Head of IT Development and wider development team, the successful candidate will assist with the development of current and future internal applications, provide frontline support for assigned systems, contribute to software testing and help drive continuous improvements across the Firm’s technology platforms.The role is primarily home-based, with occasional travel to the Firm’s offices for team meetings, project work and collaboration sessions.Role RequirementsThe successful candidate will hold, or be expected to achieve, a minimum 2:1 degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related discipline from a UK university.Candidates should demonstrate a strong understanding of software development principles and a genuine enthusiasm for technology, problem-solving and continuous learning.
