Role PurposeThis is a rare opportunity for a graduate to sit close to the heart of our Healthcare business. You'll work directly with Healthcare leadership and colleagues across corporate development, commercial and marketing, turning data and market insight into the business cases, proposals and strategic narratives that shape where Genomics goes next. A Day in the LifeAnalyse & advise: You'll work with Healthcare leadership and teams across the business to turn data into insight that drives real decisions.Track performance: You'll track key performance metrics and keep the data behind them accurate and trustworthy.Build the case: You'll help build business cases, presentations and proposals that support sales pitches and internal investment decisions.Scan the market: You'll spot emerging trends across pharma and therapeutics, and help the team get ahead of them.Tell the story: You'll help craft compelling narratives for client presentations and strategic conversations.Who You AreData-curious: A graduate (or equivalent experience) in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field, comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets and keen to learn tools like Power BI or Tableau.Genuinely interested in healthcare: You have a genuine interest in healthcare, pharmaceuticals and therapeutics, and enjoy following market trends and dynamics.Detail-driven: You take pride in accuracy, keep things organised, and can manage several threads of work at once.A clear communicator: You can explain complex ideas simply, and you're just as comfortable contributing in a team as working independently.Self-motivated: You take initiative, follow through, and bring energy to everything you do.
