Your primary goal is to ensure all statutory obligations are met and the Insolvency Practitioner's (IP) duties are upheld to maximise returns for creditors. You will support on caseloads efficiently and effectively, managing your workload independently and meeting critical deadlines, which requires excellent organisational skills. Maintaining a commercial perspective is essential to uphold the firm's reputation and standards. Collaboration with managers, IPs, and other team members is crucial to ensure cases progress smoothly and close in a timely manner.
