As part of the 2026 graduate cohort, you’ll learn alongside peers, connect with leaders from across Forth Ports and develop the capabilities you need for a successful long term career with us.Salary:£32,000.00 YearlyAbout the roleWhat you will learn:As a Graduate within the Infrastructure Engineering team, you will join a structured programme that provides an entry point into professional engineering and exposure to a broad portfolio of projects across civil infrastructure, mechanical and marine assets. Based initially at the Port of Grangemouth, you will work under the guidance of senior infrastructure and asset engineers to support the development and delivery of port infrastructure projects across our Scottish ports. The role will contribute to life-cycle renewal, capital planning and modernisation initiatives that are critical to the long-term performance of the business. You will gain practical, hands-on experience across project and asset management activities, with opportunities to broaden your exposure across the wider Scottish Ports portfolio. We are also looking for the following:A degree in Civil Engineering or Engineering with Project Management with a minimum 2:1 achieved / expectedDemonstrated interest in infrastructure projects, asset management or engineering deliveryProficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint)Proficient with Autodesk applications (AutoCAD, Civil 3D & ReCap Pro (GIS))Willingness to travel to sites across Scotland and work flexibly around project needsEnthusiasm for professional development and working toward professional registrationFull driving licence, valid in the UK due to travel across our PortsThe successful candidate must by the start of their employment have permanent permission to work in the UK We value diversity & inclusivity and we are an equal opportunities employer.
