We partner with businesses at all stages of the investment cycle to build successful talented teams, offering exceptional service at an unrivalled pace. What will you be doing in this role?Candidate management:Identify, attract and shortlist candidates for mandates in accordance with the requirements of the client –through a mix of the CRM, LinkedIn, networking, advertising and referralsHeadhunt candidates and build relationships with passive candidatesManage the relationship with candidates throughout the entire recruitment cycle from original contact to postplacement.Conduct initial candidate screening calls, as well as follow up meetings (face to face and virtual) to asses and critique candidates against mandate requirements.Brief candidates on job opportunities and gain their commitmentProvide consultative services and market intelligence to candidatesSend speculative CVs to relevant clientsUse sales skills and market/company/role information to gain candidates’ interest and to overcome any concernsManage relevant Hotlists and Candidate Trackers Client managementMarket map clients, gathering informationAttend client meetings with the Head of Practice to lead on retained, exclusive, and contingent searchesConduct detailed research into clients, their backers and competitors, and creating client packs to be utilised for client pitches, as well as during the search process Why join Finatal?We are market leading specialist Private Equity recruitment consultancy, and have achieved a record breaking year to date, with very strong performance.You will be working with specialist recruiters, work alongside top performers and build your network with leading PE organisations.Competitive base and quarterly commission with fast track promotions for those who meet their targets.We have excellent training and onboarding for you, we ensure you have all the materials to start earning as quickly as possible.High performing, dynamic and team based culture.Top achievers incentives, this year we're off to Vegas and March top achievers ski trip!
