This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands on experience and progress towards professional qualification (e.g. MRICS).This role is 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm and based in Ipswich and Colchester, with travel across East Anglia.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with property inspections and site visitsSupport the preparation of valuation reports in line with RICS StandardsCollect and analyse market data and comparable evidenceUndertake research into local property markets and trendsAssist with financial appraisals and development viability workLiaise with clients, lenders, and professional contactsMaintain accurate records, databases and filesProvide day to day support to senior fee earnersProvide general support to the wider valuation team as requiredExposure to a Wide Variety of InstructionsYou will gain experience across a diverse range of valuation work, including:Commercial lending and secured financeBridging financeTax valuations (IHT and CGT)Pension fund (SIPP) complianceFinancial reporting and audit valuationsExpert witness workCommercial and residential development valuationsThere may also be opportunities to explore related areas such as Landlord and Tenant matters .
