What you will doThis Level 2 apprenticeship programme is designed to develop you over 2 years to reach a nationally recognised qualification in Lean Manufacturing. On completion of the course, you will be invited to apply for a permanent position within the business. As it is shift based, you will need to be 18 years old by the start date.The attractive shift pattern allows you to work four 12 hour shifts (two days and two nights) followed by four days off with longer shift breaks of 18 days several times and year.
