Graduate Internship supporting community planning, equalities, policy development, and performance management within East Ayrshire Council's Corporate Support Team.Job DescriptionSupport the implementation of the Council’s duties in relation to Community Planning and Equalities, by contributing to the Corporate Support Service’s provision of policy, planning and performance management support to the wider council and Community Planning Partnership (CPP). To be considered for interview, candidates must demonstrate on the application that they meet all essential criteria of the attached job specification. RequirementsWe follow the national guidance in relation to pre-employment checks namely “Safer Recruitment Through Better Recruitment”. With regards to requests for references and in line with this guidance, during your application process you should provide details of a minimum of two appropriate and relevant references, one of which should be from your current or most recent employer. It is also a requirement that the reference from your current or most recent employer is from an appropriate senior manager and it is not a reference from a former peer operating at the same level.The IndividualThere is 1 Graduate Internship available based within East Ayrshire Council's Corporate Support Team. To apply for this post you must be a resident of East Ayrshire. This post is temporary for 2 years and based within London Road Headquarters, KA3 7BU.
