This graduate engineering role offers the opportunity to work on electrified powertrains, transmissions, and control systems for leading vehicle manufacturers.Job PurposeWe are looking to recruit ambitious and high calibre graduates ready to show their talents within a dynamic and innovative organisation. The successful graduates will be working with a development team responsible for delivering electrified powertrains, focussed on transmissions and their control systems to a variety of prestigious vehicle manufacturers. This is a fantastic opportunity for an interesting and varied career within the automotive industry.If you have a desire to further develop yourself in automotive engineering, computer sciences or software, this could be your next rewarding challenge. We offer a fast-paced, challenging and diverse role, focussed on project delivery for the right candidate. Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesTo be successful for our 2026 intake, you will have:•    A 2:1 degree (or currently studying) in a related Technical Engineering discipline•    Knowledge and a passion for vehicle systems, with a good understanding of transmission and driveline elements•    Demonstrable analytical, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills•    Ability to handle multiple assignments•    Excellent written and spoken English •    Experience of using Graphical coding e.g., MATLAB SIMULINK •    Experience of C- Coding•    Valid UK driving licence ProspectsThis is a chance to put what has been learned into practice in a real-world environment.  And the learning won’t stop here, you will have the opportunity to work with world class mentors and move quickly into roles with responsibility for project delivery.The RewardsWe reward our team with competitive salaries, enhanced benefits and flexible working hours.
