Graduate Surveyor / Surveyor role supporting industrial and logistics property leasing, including property marketing, market research, valuations, negotiations, client relationships, and business development.We are seeking a motivated and commercially minded Graduate Surveyor / Surveyor to join our Industrial Leasing team. This opportunity is suited to candidates with a minimum of one year's relevant experience, whether gained through a graduate scheme, apprenticeship programme, or in an agency, occupier or consultancy environment. We are also keen to hear from newly qualified surveyors who are looking to develop their careers within a market-leading industrial leasing team.Working alongside experienced professionals, you will support the delivery of agency and leasing instructions across a diverse portfolio of industrial, logistics and warehouse assets. The role offers excellent exposure to landlord and occupier representation, business development activities and high-profile transactions.Key Responsibilities:Assist with the marketing and leasing of industrial and logistics properties.Support leasing instructions on behalf of landlords, investors and occupiers.Undertake property inspections, viewings and market appraisals.Prepare marketing materials, reports, presentations and client updates.Conduct market research and provide insight into leasing trends, rental levels and occupier demand.Support the negotiation of lease terms and heads of terms.Assist with development appraisals, viability assessments and site evaluations.Build and maintain relationships with landlords, occupiers, developers and other market stakeholders.Assist with business development initiatives and pitch opportunities.Maintain accurate property and transaction records within internal systems.Work collaboratively with colleagues across Agency, Capital Markets, Development and Property Management teams.Skills & Experience:Minimum 1 year's experience within commercial property, industrial agency, leasing, real estate consultancy or a related discipline.Currently undertaking a graduate scheme or apprenticeship programme or qualified to Surveyor level.Strong interest in the industrial and logistics property sector.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Strong analytical and organisational abilities.Commercial awareness and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.Full UK driving licence.Please note: this is a direct search led by Cushman & Wakefield.
