If you're the sort of person that loves learning by doing, with high standards for code quality and a desire to create solutions that stand up to every environment failure you can throw at them, then you're the sort of person we'd love to see at CoreTech. The OpportunityWe're seeking talented graduates with an active interest in multi-platform software engineering to join our world-class research and development team in September 2027. CoreTech AcademyAs a CoreTech graduate you will be enrolled on the CoreTech Academy where you’ll be provided with the opportunity to rapidly upskill in native development, debugging and reverse engineering through a mix of training, mentoring and shadowing with our experienced team. The Academy also provides the opportunity to attend seminars/presentations on a whole range of subjects, presented by colleagues from across the business. What we're looking for:Strong programming fundamentalsEnthusiasm for high-assurance, quality codeExcellent problem-solving abilitiesStrong interpersonal skills and team spirit You may have:Experience with a high-level language such as Java, Rust, C++, Go, and othersExperience with a scripting language such as Python or BashFamiliarity with the Linux OS and working in the shellA basic understanding of how computers communicate (networking)Experience using and developing for one of iOS, Android, MacOS, Linux or WindowsAn understanding of the ways in which security issues affect software, and how good software can be designed to mitigate these Familiarity with the ways in which code quality can be enforced, such as experience with continuous integration or version control We are looking for graduates with a passion and enthusiasm for high-assurance, quality code.
