This entry-level residential asset management and surveying scheme focuses on housing stock condition assessments, training recent graduates and early-career professionals to conduct property inspections, identify structural defects, and record data to support social housing asset strategies.Construo Recruitment is working in partnership with a well-established surveying and consultancy business that delivers specialist services to the social housing sector. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an Assistant Building Surveyor to join their expanding team.This opportunity would suit a recent Building Surveying or Construction graduate looking to gain valuable industry experience, or someone with previous experience in stock condition surveying, domestic energy assessment, or a related surveying role.The RoleAs an Assistant Building Surveyor, you will support the delivery of housing stock condition surveys across a range of residential portfolios.
