This is an exciting opportunity to start your career in a newly created role, where you will gain hands-on experience in cutting-edge manufacturing technologies within a multinational environment.You will work closely with senior leaders and collaborate with international, cross-functional teams to support the development of our digital factory initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the development of practical use cases for image- and sensor-based inspection across assembly and upstream processes such as Logistics and Quality.Assist in selecting and specifying hardware (e.g. camera systems, sensors, networking equipment, and computing infrastructure) for digitalisation projects.Contribute to pilot projects in collaborative robotics (“cobots”), gaining exposure to emerging automation technologies.Work alongside experienced colleagues to support the implementation of new solutions, acting as a key point of contact during testing and rollout phases.Help monitor performance and contribute to the continuous improvement and scaling of successful digital solutions.Experience RequiredA recent graduate (or soon to graduate) with a degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline. An interest in manufacturing, automation or digital transformation.Basic programming knowledge and an eagerness to develop skills in areas such as data analytics, machine learning, or digital twins.Strong communication skills, with a good standard of written and spoken English.A proactive, curious and collaborative approach, with a willingness to learn in an international environment.
