Therefore if you are not able to commute on a daily basis this will not be suitable for you.As a Graduate Financial Adviser at Clarity Wealth Limited, you will embark on a structured development programme designed to transition you into a fully qualified and Chartered Financial Adviser. This program offers a unique opportunity to learn the industry from the inside while providing comprehensive administrative support, managing client relationships, and assisting with research and compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive administrative support to IFA(s) (Independent Financial Advisers).Manage client relationships, including scheduling appointments and handling inquiries.Process new business applications and maintain accurate client records.Prepare and submit regulatory paperwork.Coordinate with product providers and third-party organizations.Assist with research and analysis of financial products to support recommendations.Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.Maintain a professional, organized, and efficient work environment.What’s needed for me to be considered?Recently graduated (2:1 or higher ) in finance, economics, or a related field.Strong interest in financial planning and wealth management.Willingness to self study and commit to full time workWillingness to work full time in an office environnment to ensure a cooperative learning environmentProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).IT proficient with ability to adapt and use multiple types of softwareBenefitsStarting salary of £25,000 with regular annual pay reviewsYearly bonus.30 days holiday + bank holidays + birthdayPension plan and life insurance.Professional development opportunities paid exams all the way to chartershipOn-site parking at our new office in Roundhay.
