As an Assistant Wordings Developer, you'll play a key role in supporting the development, launch and ongoing enhancement of our specialist insurance products. Working across multiple teams, you'll contribute to everything from developing policy wordings and launching new products to supporting digital trading platforms. You'll gain exposure to the full product lifecycle while working alongside experts in Product Development, Underwriting, Claims and Technology.This is an ideal opportunity for an ambitious graduate or early-career professional who wants to develop technical expertise, learn from industry specialists and build a long-term career within a market-leading and innovative insurance business.About the roleSupport the drafting, review and maintenance of policy wordings, endorsements, application forms and related documentation.Assist with the delivery of new insurance products, coverage enhancements and wording updates.Help manage product configurations within internal systems, ensuring changes are implemented accurately.Participate in product testing, validation and implementation activities.Maintain product documentation, records and version control to support governance and compliance requirements.Respond to product-related queries from stakeholders across the business.Conduct research into regulatory and jurisdictional requirements.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across product development and operational processes.About youYou'll be a proactive and ambitious individual who enjoys getting into the detail, solving problems and continuously learning.
