Analysts initially participate in a variety of onboarding training sessions before joining their first desk for a 6-month rotation, which can be on a Physical or Financial Trading desk, our Risk team, or our Weather team. Analysts in the programme are able to participate in up to four rotations, pending performance, and at any point in time a desk can extend an offer to join their team permanently. Following your first financial rotation you will either be matched with a third rotation or be permanently placed on a desk.Throughout the programme, you'll engage with company leaders, gain insights into global market strategies, and develop a robust understanding of the commodities landscape.
