This role is one that works as part of a team within a matrix but with the freedom to use your specialist knowledge and creative thinking, to solve problems that support your wider team to achieve their ambitious goals.What we’re looking for: A degree or equivalent qualification in Building SurveyingA positive collaborator, with the role being client side you’ll work closely with internal development/operations and finance teams.A passion for developing sustainable and innovative spaces, enjoying the process of thinking creatively and problem solvingWhat you’ll be doing:Input into and contribute to company-wide projects/initiatives where related to your area.Work with internal experts to make sure we meet asset standards and sustainability objectives.Work with senior colleagues and contribute to wider pieces of work which align to the wider strategic objectives.Work collaboratively with colleagues to understand their business needs and priorities from a Building Consultancy perspective and provide support, expertise and advice.Work collaboratively with colleagues to understand their business needs and priorities from a Building Consultancy perspective for specific projects.Contribute to the delivery of projects within your portfolio using your knowledge of internal and external best practice, including life cycle analysis and preparation of service charge major project plans.Learn to deliver projects from low to medium value and complexity, for assets and required Cat A & B fit-outs, using innovative and progressive solutions.We really believe that if you’re brilliant to work with, you deserve brilliant things in return:28 days holiday plus you get your Birthday off work - and if that’s not enough you can also buy & sell holidays tooCompany bonus - paid annually24 hours a year volunteer time - there are endless opportunities for you to get involved in supporting the causes that matter most to youSabbatical of up to 12 months so you can take a career break after five years with usHealthcare cash plan for all colleagues, so you can claim back medical expenses like optical, dentist & physiotherapy.
