Find your future with us.Position OverviewWe have an exciting opportunity for an intern to join our HR (Human Resources) team. The role will get involved with the majority of the HR scope of work, such as business project work, policy and pay practice revision, and case work, which will introduce you to the Boeing UK business as well as provide a great overview of the generalist sphere of HR. Position ResponsibilitiesWork with the HR team to deliver project actions, collaborate with varied stakeholders and enable successful business projects across the UK populationAssist and advise managers and employees on multiple people related activitiesTake on investigation work to support cases that come into the HR function and support formal hearings as required, with minute taking and process facilitationWork with the HR team and Total Rewards functions to continue the development and deployment of updated policies and pay practicesSupport the development and delivery of manager trainingAssist in the collation of data & metrics for the global dashboardBasic Qualifications:Right to work in UK - we do not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.Holds a UK driving licence – ability to travel to sites nationwide is a must, especially during the university careers fairs season, during which there may be a requirement to stay away overnight.Desired skills:Studying a degree course – any subject acceptedPossess a passion for the Aerospace sectorConfidence in presenting to large groups, in person and virtually Good time management and organisational skillsStrong problem-solving skills, with the ability to discuss ideas and concepts with stakeholders of all levelsResilience and the ability to think on your feetAbility to think rationally and compassionately through emotional situationsApplications for this position will be accepted until Jul. 29, 2026Export Control Requirements:This is not an Export Control position.RelocationRelocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.Security ClearanceThis position requires the ability to obtain a BPSS clearance.Visa SponsorshipEmployer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.
