We aim to develop Future Leaders, top diverse talent to support the growth needs of the business. The program offers access to accelerate development on the job and through other channels during an 18-month program which will include assignments across a wide range of manufacturing departments and divisions including: Production, Technical /Maintenance, EHS, Quality, Continuous Improvement (CI/Lean). Key responsibilities include:Learning on the job with experts, developing technical and soft skills and receiving coaching from your Mentors & Project Co-ordinators, and other senior staff mentorsKey responsibilities and accountabilitiesFulfilling all requirements and meeting goals set out at the start of the programmeCompleting all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operationsParticipating in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunitiesObserving and learning from experienced staff membersGaining knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processesTaking detailed notes and updating training logbook and liaising with Mentors & Project Co-ordinators, and other senior staffFollowing all company regulations, and health and safety codesPreparing documents and updating recordsTraveling to different offices and participating in daily operations as required What are we looking for?Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or relevantMinimum of 1-2 years manufacturing - an awareness of a clear level of understanding of what is required to work in a manufacturing environmentExcellent communication written and verbal skillsProficiency in MS OfficeSuperb attention to detailA positive attitude and willingness to learnWillingness to travel if requiredExcellent time management skillsFast learner and oriented to self-development: curiosity to learn and create new way of building and/or improving systems and processesStrong analytical skills and ability to proactively identify and resolve problemsMust possess strong English speaking, writing and reading ability Ball Corporation is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
