Support clients in delivering sustainability strategies, ESG reporting, materiality assessments, and transformation projects through research, data analysis, project coordination, and consulting support.The Graduate Strategy, Reporting & Transformation Consultant will join Anthesis' Sustainability Advisory team and support the delivery of strategic sustainability projects for clients across a wide range of sectors. This role is designed for recent graduates and early-career professionals looking to build a career in sustainability consulting. Working alongside experienced consultants and project managers, you will gain hands-on experience supporting sustainability strategies, double materiality assessments, ESG reporting, transformation programmes and data-driven insights. Through structured coaching, mentoring and on-the-job learning, you will develop the technical, analytical and consulting skills needed to become a successful sustainability consultant. Key ResponsibilitiesAs part of project teams, you will: Conduct research and gather information from multiple sources. Analyse qualitative and quantitative data to identify key insights and trends. Support the development of client reports, presentations and recommendations. Assist with project coordination and delivery activities. Contribute to client workshops and meetings. Collaborate with colleagues across different teams and geographies. Support business development activities through research and proposal preparation. Participate in team initiatives and knowledge-sharing activities. Leverage AI to streamline our processes and accelerate team adoption Skills, Knowledge & ExpertiseWe're looking for individuals who are: Passionate about sustainability and creating positive impact. Curious and eager to learn. Strong analytical thinkers. Effective communicators. Collaborative team players.
