A Graduate Civil Engineer role in Glasgow focused on creating technical drawings, cost estimates, and engineering solutions for construction equipment projects while supporting sales and project delivery.MAIN PURPOSEWe are looking for a graduate engineer - for our Glasgow office.The ideal candidate should have graduated from a civil engineering degree, with good maths skills. We can teach everything else!This role will be office based Monday to Friday. You must hold the right to work permanently in the UK and unfortunately we can not sponsor applicants for this role.The candidate will convert enquiries into innovative efficient solutions, which best combine the commercial and technical aspects in order to achieve profitable revenue.To contribute to the growth and profitability of the RMDKGroup by fulfilling their role within the business.RESPONSIBILITIESTo convert enquiries from customers and the Sales Team into drawings and quotations for the supply of RMDK equipment on a hire and sale basis.To work under the control, instruction and guidance of the Engineering Manager and other senior staff and in conjunction with the Sales Team.To seek assistance from other Engineering Staff in RMDK product calculations and applications when required.To support orders received from customers through production of final drawings, cost estimates, progress paperwork, and agreement of variations, all through the Sales Team and as required for eachproject.To carry out work in accordance with RMDK BSEN ISO Procedures and RMDK Quality Assurance Procedures.To have a proactive responsibility for RMDK Health and Safety issues.To enter into a continuous learning process in RMDK and Civil Engineering methodology and to work towards a level of experience determined by the Chief Engineer.CLOSING DATESaturday, May 30, 2026
