Graduate-friendly Bid Writer role creating persuasive tender responses, researching opportunities and coordinating bid submissions while developing a career in bid writing.About The Role:Following a successful year of winning a number of public-sector tenders, Adaston is continuing to grow and strengthen its bid team to support our future expansion. We are looking for a Bid Writer to join our close-knit team and play a key role in the successful delivery of our bid plans. You will work closely with the Bid Manager to identify opportunities, evaluate potential bids, develop high-quality tender responses and coordinate bid submissions from start to finish. Previous bid-writing experience is desirable but not essential. We provide the training and specialist knowledge required for the role. What is essential is a strong ability to write clearly, accurately and persuasively, with the ability to communicate complex information in a concise and compelling way. You will be expected to understand each opportunity, tailor our responses to the specific requirements of the client and ensure our submissions effectively communicate Adaston's strengths, experience and value proposition. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident, motivated individual who is keen to learn, develop and build a long-term career within the bid industry. Key Responsibilities:Write high-quality responses to tenders and bids, ensuring all client requirements, specifications and deadlines are metWork closely with the Bid Manager and wider business to develop compelling, evidence-based responsesTrack and monitor bids throughout the process using Monday.comIdentify upcoming business opportunities and support proactive market engagementResearch market trends, client requirements and industry best practice to strengthen future submissionsCoordinate input from relevant internal stakeholders to ensure bids are accurate, consistent and delivered on timeSupport business development activities, including site visits where appropriateReview feedback from successful and unsuccessful bids and help identify opportunities for continuous improvementContribute ideas to improve existing processes and strengthen the overall bid function About You:A 2:1 degree or above in an Arts-related subject would be ideal, particularly where the course demonstrates strong written, analytical or research-based skillsAlternatively, candidates with A or A grades in Arts-related A-Level subjects* will be considered.
