Specialising in a comprehensive range of decorating, building, and repair works throughout London, Kent, and Southeast England, AD consistently delivers exceptional results.Currently, we are seeking a Graduate Bid Writer to join our dynamic Marketing & New Business team.The RoleTo generally assist with all elements of bid and proposal writing and management (PQQ, tender and presentation stages) and other marketing and business development activity as required.Main DutiesWork with the team to plan, manage and complete selection questionnaires and tender submissionsResearch and write specific information to support bidsRead and review all associated client documentation provided with the bidAssist with development and maintenance of bid libraryReview bid submissions for quality and accuracyResearch and compose case studiesEssential Qualification & SkillsDegree educated in English or another writing-based subjectOutstanding communication skills, both verbally and writtenGood IT skills, proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OutlookHigh levels of attention to detailWork well independently and is self-motivatedDesirable SkillsInterest in the Construction industryAbility to fully engage with all levels of employeesHigh levels of commitment to ensure winning submissionsPackage:Salary: £27,500Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm (1hr for lunch)Holidays: 21 days of holiday + bank holidays + birthday day off.
