You will be the driving force that translatescomplex projects into clear, actionable plans, ensuring our teams stay connected, on track and set up forsuccess from day one.Main Duties & Responsibilities:• Project Planning & Delivery: Take ownership of translating key projects into a clear, visual projectplan, utilising Gantt charts to map out critical milestones, dependencies and timelines.• Stakeholder Collaboration: Act confidently as the bridge between project teams; proactivelyengage with the key stakeholders leading the projects to ask the right questions and understandeverything required to get it onto the master plan.• Monitoring & Clash Planning: Continually review overarching schedules to "clash plan" across allprojects, identifying and addressing any concerns over resource capacity, particularly during crucialroll-out stages.• Tracking & Escalation: Maintain a highly proactive approach to ensure all key milestones are met,acting quickly to escalate issues to management if any tasks or workstreams begin falling behind.• Reporting & Communication: Prepare insightful materials and provide regular, engaging updates inoperational meetings to keep everyone aligned on project progress, risks and achievements.Requirements • A recent graduate eager to learn, backed by excellent organisational and time-management skills.• Some practical experience (academic or professional) using project management software of anykind.• Confident in collating information and designing clear, engaging presentations using PowerPoint orsimilar software.• A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to manage competing priorities and workaccurately with minimal supervision.Behaviors:• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the natural confidence to interact withsenior leaders and project heads.• Highly organised and methodical, but flexible enough to respond positively to changing businessneeds.• A problem-solver who is innovative, results-driven and focused on maintaining high quality.HEALTH & SAFETY RESPONSIBILITIES• Follow Group and company policies and procedures at all times;• Report any apparent deficiencies in systems of work or equipment provided that may result infailure of service delivery or risk to health and safety or the environment;• Use all work equipment and personal PPE properly and in accordance with training received;• Report any issues or training needs to your Line manager and/or via your divisional incidentreporting system.
